Welcome Back Wrestling Fans!

 The 2024-2025 season is quickly approaching. With that, we have some exciting news!

 

First, as many of you might have heard we have recently gone through a rebranding for all Hills East. We were recently reintroduced as the "RedHawks". Moving forward all HHH High School East will be using this logo and school mascot. Here is a picture of our new logo.

Second, every few years teams get realigned for league placement. This was one of those years. With a recent drop in school population the RedHawks have dropped to League 4.  Hills East will be joined by Bellport, West Islip, Deer Park, West Babylon, & Centereach.  ** Our league schedule is up on sectionxi.org and a full copy of our schedule is posted on our schedule page. **

Lastly, with our rebranding also came some renovations. This past spring we completed a wrestling room renovation. The room is looking great but we still have some finishing touches left! We have upgraded our All-County Wall, added a bunch of pictures of our rich history of wrestling, and working on recognizing our All-State wrestlers and century club winners. Heading into the 2024-2025 season the RedHawks are looking solid through the line up. We will be returning all 6 of our All-League wrestlers.  Here are our All-League Wrestlers that will be returning this season.

101- Aaron Mangra   4th Place

108- Logan Pascarella   Runner Up

170- Nicholas Sevilla   Champion

215- Jacob Giannattasio   3rd Place

​

With some strong depth in the light weights and even stronger up top, we will need some strong support form our middle weight wrestlers. We will be looking to fill some of our middle weights and spread some of our stronger wrestlers out to maximize our talent. It should be an exciting year!
